Graduation is a sad and happy occasion — a time for tears and a time for joy. As seniors leave MCHS and pass on to explore the world, they take with them the fond memories of their senior year. In particular, graduation is the greatest of all nights. It symbolizes the end of a significant year of hard work and the beginning of a new vitality. They will struggle and conquer today’s obstacles and reach for a better tomorrow. With every step, they will make progress in climbing the ladder to success; and when each senior reaches the top, he or she can shout, “Look mom! I made it!!” As they continue to succeed, the Class of 1984 will look back and cherish the wonderful times and the excellent education MCHS so gladly bestowed. opening
