Indeed, it is a miraculous scientific period. For this reason the staff of the l958 Aries feels that this volume should be dedicated to all Men of Science throughout the world. To research scientists, mathematicians, engineers, chemists, physicists, and teachers of science. We lay before these men the responsibility of understanding, developing, and utilizing the forces and goods of nature to create a peaceful, bountiful world for all mankind, and dedicate ourselves to learning and understanding our place and our duties in this magnificent period.
