Seniors, How can I possibly put into words our past four years together at Milligan College? Our freshman, sophomore, and junior years were full of good times and great memories, and our senior year has been no exception. As a class, we have sponsored skating parties and prayer breakfasts, enjoyed camping together at Red Fork Falls, sponsored Faculty Follies, and retreated together on our Senior Retreat. These times we spent together as a class will never be forgotten, but perhaps even more memorable times will be those that we spent as individuals sharing in each other ' s joys and sorrows. I am so thankful that we were all here at Milligan not only as fellow students, but as fellow Christians. I feel that for this reason we will leave Milligan with true friends, friends that really love and care for us, friends that we can forever remember, and we can feel assured that they are remembering us. We have learned so much while at Milligan. Of course we have learned a great deal a§F through the many hours of lecturing and studying that we were exposed to, but we learned so much more. We not only studied together, we played together, worked together, and many of us lived together. How could we possibly keep from learning with all of these opportunities? I regret that the many stresses put upon us by our studies may have caused us to overlook these lessons we have been taught while at Milligan. I just hope and pray that now as we go out into the real world to put our knowledge and talents to work that our striving for more knowledge and our eagerness to succeed in our professions will be important to us, but not so important that we forget who gave us the ability to learn and what He wants from us. Solomon says in Proverbs 1:7, The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge. I thank every one of you for the best of times at Milligan and I pray that each of you are happy in whatever aspect of life you may pursue. You will always be remembered.
