Cheryl Kay Abram Cheryl, a resident of Bloomington, In- diana, graduated with a double major in Business Administration and Psy- chology. During her years at Milligan she served as Freshman class treasurer and Vice-president of Hart Hall. She was also involved in Christian Service Club, Service Seekers, Phi Beta Lambda, Civinettes, Psychology Club, Hart Dorm council, and SGA. Dick Barnett Dick received the Tennessee Institute of Chemists Award and was also a member of the Pre-Med Club, a representative of the SGA, and active in Intramural sports. Dick is a Chemistry major with minors in Math and Biology. A resident of Lynn, In- diana, Dick plans to enter lU Medical School and later begin practice as an M.D. Rosemary C. Birkel Rosemary, a Business Administration and Sociology major, is from Akron, Ohio. She was the Advertising manager for the Stampede and treasurer of her Sophomoreand Senior class. Rosemary was a member of Christian Service Club, Delta Kappa, Civinettes, and Chorale. This fall she intends to pursue her Masters in Business at Notre Dame. Ray Blakely A Bible and Psychology major, Ray is from Massillon, Oh io. During his years at Milligan he served as Chaplain of Circle K, Junior class SGA represen- tative. Sophomore class Vice- president, Resident assistant of Webb Hall and a member of Concert Choir one semester. Ray plans to go on to graduate studies and an Army Chaplaincy. Paul Blowers Paul is from Indianapolis, Indiana; graduating from Milligan with a major in History and a minor in Human Rela- tions. Paul has been seen on stage in several Milligan productions: The Ap- ple Tree, Godspell, A Man for All Seasons, A Mid-summer Night ' s Dream and Oklahoma. Paul was in- volved in Pre-Law Club, SNEA, in- tramurals, and a member of the Mock Senate. Paul received first place in the Purpose of Man essay contest. Cindy Brady Cindy graduated with a major in Psy- chology and Special Education and a minor in Elementary Education. She was involved in SGA, secretary of the Student Council for Exceptional Children, Bike Club, and Civinettes. Cindy was also a member of the Women ' s Tennis and Softball teams, a Resident assistant and a Founder ' s Daughter candidate. Cindy is a resident of East Point, Georgia and plans to teach Special Education. 42

Who ' s Who in 1977 Jeffery L. Cassens Jeff graduated with a major in Bible and a minor in Music. Jeff ' s activities at Milligan included singing in Chorale, God ' s Hands , and Concert Choir, in which he served as president. Jeff was also part of the Madrigal dinners and Godspell cast. He was also a youth minister and a member of the Ministerial Association. Jeff plans to at- tend graduate school this fall. Deborah Fralish A Business Administration major and Secretarial Science minor, Debbie is a native of East Point, Georgia. Debbie was President of Hart Hall, a member of the Women ' s Tennis team. Delta Kappa, Phi Beta Lambda, and SGA. Debbie plans to reside in Johnson City and pursue her career. KS TP David Joe Hatter Joe graduated with a double major in Bible and Math. He was involved in the Student Union Board, Ministerial Association, and Christian Service Club. Joe was also a tutor for the In- troduction to Computer course and operated the video tape equipment for the Basketball team. Joe is from King ' s Mountain, Kentucky and plans to enter a pulpit ministry or teaching and coun- seling in Public Schools. Thomas F. Jones, Jr. A resident of Follansbee, West Virginia, Tom was a Bible major and a History minor. He was a member of the Ministerial Association, Vice-president of SGA, a Resident Assistant, and a member of the Men ' s Tennis team. Tom plans to attend Emmanuel School of Religion in the fall. Deborah Piper Debbie is a resident of Benton, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a major in English and a minor in Chris- tian Education. During her four years at Milligan she served as President of the Missions Club, a member of Service Seekers, Dorm Council, and Chorale. Debbie was also a Founder ' s Daughter candidate, a Resident assistant, and a member of the Religious Affairs Com- mittee. 43
