Mr. Harbold is widely known as a most interesting institute worker. His wide experience with men has given him a diplomatic training which, combined with his genial social nature, makes him an executive of rare ability. He is well fitted by nature and training for handling troublesome situations, and is a worthy successor of the splendid line of workers whose struggles have made Millersville the first of the Normal Schools of Pennsylvania. — 16 —
