Within the realm of the Normal, affairs have taken on a new semblance The course of study is visibly changed. The curriculum t» I letter adapted to the needs and demands of higher education. The time of study and the requirements in the various branches are such as will continue to raise our standard as a Normal School. On a par with the progress in the course of study is the work of mechanical improvement, which has been steadily going on during our stay at the Normal.
