A Word of Explanation .... A book of this type is published for the crew. It ' s their story, not the MIDWAY ' S. A ship is just cold inanimate steel without its crew. The newest most modern gear devised by man is useless without a trained operator to make it function. It cannot be that one ship is better than another, it is her men that give something extra of themselves to make it good.
