Pabdot Bawds With sweat and long hot hours of practice, the Midfield High School Blue Machine Marching Patriot Band performed through the year with a large sense of pride. With help from Mr. Harwell the band attended Jacksonville State University for a week of drill practice. After this week of drill practice the band was ready for competition. The Patriots were rewarded for their hard work and hours of practice with superior ratings from both Troy and Tarrant marching band competitions. Along with the band, the Drum Major, Tim Tidwell, received two superior ratings at these competitions. BAND OFFICERS TIM TIDWELL. Drum Majior MR. RANDY HARWELL. Band Director 180

While attending camp at Jacksonville State University, the Drum Corps received a trophy for the Most Advanced Group”. The Drum Corps sounded off a beat of hard work, dedication and pride.
