'iStill crazy after all these years. - Paul Simon inding a new and unusual school event is often a difficult thing to do as the year progresses. However, the Junior Class and the Yearbook Staff conducted the first annual Almost Anything Goes in the Middletown South gym. With teams representing the Sophomore, Junior, and Senior classes, in addition to a weak Faculty team, the evening was filled with hilarity and en- joyment for all. The events included human wheelbarrels, trash can basketball, 'ilimbon skateboarding, hot wheel races, hula hoop relays, dolly pulling, three legged races, foul shooting, pyramid building, and a comical obstacle course. As the games progressed, the Class of '79 dominated to capture the first almost anything goes crown. It was a time when almost anything went . 'll should be dancin, yeah! 'iLife in the fast lane. Dance with me, I want to be your partner Can't you see, the music is just starting Night is calling and I am falling, Dance with me. - Orleans ith the Girls' Gymnasium trans- fon'ned into a panorama of subur- ban and city scenery, the Class of 1980 conducted its Junior Prom in splendid fashion. Under the advisorship of Patricia McDermott and the aid of all Junior Class officers, in addition to the massive decorating committee, the evening was one which will remain a fond memory for those who attended. Highlights of the evening included refreshment, the announcement of the Royal Court, and, of course, dancing until midnight. The Class of 1980 'L . . . did have this night .
