Costly thy habit as thy purse can buy, But not expressed in fancyg rich not gaudy For the apparel oft proclaims the man. - Shakespeare he Student Council of Middletown High School South presented its annual fashion show in the Spring of 1979. In presenting a wide variety of fashion, for all ages, the Student Council did a commendable job. Student Council members Pam Lilley and Pam Schultz were responsible for the soliciting of local Boutiques, warehouses, shops, and department stores for contributions to be presented during the show. In addition to the fashions admired, the patrons of the even' ing enjoyed the company of friends as the Student Council raf- fled off a numerous amount of door prizes. Others sat back and enjoyed a leisurely game of cards while partaking of the ex- cellent home made refreshments. UPPER RIGHT - Summer casual fashions are modeled by Lisa Schoebel and Lori Hughes. LOWER LEFI' - Faculty members, Dennis Doc Coyne and Ms. Judy Gage, demonstrate the fitness kick in tennis outfits. LOWER LEFT - Cathy Corsacky and Pete Bidgood awed the audience with their formal at- tire. FASHION SHOW 260
