4 4 espite the drawback of 5:00 AM. practices, the team has progressed to the point where they are now competitive with teams that have been in existence for six years. Y.M.C.A. age-group swimmers should bolster the squads in the next few years. The girl's swim team showed great progress over its first year's performance. Their record was 5- 5. The team was sparked by co- captains Laureen Langan and Holly Davis. The boy's team made a great effort to overcome rigid competi- tion. Their team was inspired by co-captains Glenn Tiedemann and Bob Disanto. The following divers enlivened the action: Trisha Grewe, Kate Cowie. Laurie Colantuono, Chns Brown, Bob DiSanto, and Craig Selbrede. Coach Pat O'Shea has laid a solid foundation for the future of the team.
