CCT his years team is quick, aggressive and hardworking. Depth and inex- perience will be our only obstacles. - Dennis Sasso This year's Girls Basketball team finished with a record of 15-10. Coached by Dennis Sasso the team brought home the Bayshore Christmas Toumament Championship with a 46- 40 victory over Middletovim North. Wc- tories over Neptune, Holmdel and Ocean highlighted the season. The Girls' hopes for a State Championship ended when they dropped a heartbreaking 58-55 decision to a tough Sayreville squad. The team was led by Senior guard Debbie Flately and Patti Camorote. Patti Camorote and Debbie Flately both shared the MVP award. Claudia Fulshaw, Michelle Monroe and Jan Cummins rounded out the starting lineup. Mary Halpin, Sue Accivatti and Donna McHugh filled in whenever the starters needed a rest.
