' .Tv V , Mifdldletonian and Purple Advocate Staffs This staif, which publishes our school paper and magazine, has worked diligently this year to give the best possible in the way of news and literature to the students of M. H. S. The first part of the year, the Middletonian was put out weekly as a forecast of coming events. Later it was decided to run a page in the Sunday paper, and it is in this form that we now see it. This gives every student a chance to read it, besides acquainting the people of Middletown with school activities. The Purple Advocate has had fewer issues this year, but the issues we have had have been fine. proof of the splendid talent which we have around M. H. S. The staff should surely be congratulated on the untiring efforts which it has put forth in editing such excellent publications so representative of the school. The Optimist As every annual staff feels that it has published the best book of its kind, so we, this year's Optimist staff, believe that our production outshines all others. We are especially proud of it because much more of the art work has been done by the committee than ever before. This committee, along with the rest of the staff, has spent many long hours of labor on this book in the aim to make it the most successful annual ever published in M. H. S. We all feel that we have accomplished this aim and so composed of: are rightly proud of our work.
