l CHEERLE DERS I96I The Cheerleaders group was organized this year for the first time in the history of the school. The purpose of this group is to assist the Pep Squad with yells in improving the school spirit here at our school. The Cheerleaders have formed the letters C and L which stand for Cheerleaders. Students forming the C are from right to left: Cassie Baker, Inez Anderson, Lillie Judge, Betty Morgan, Annie Shaw, Betty Davis, Jimmie Terrell, Vemice Gaylord.
