He is very interested in science and math and is on the Varsity Math Team. Lu is from Brazil. I-Ie enjoys people and is in AFS to get to know people and their language bet- ter. AFS Club was involved with many activities. They held their annual pizza sale this fall and raised money for the American Field Students. With the help of willing volunteers, the club was able to create hundreds of delicious pizzas. Also, this fall Mary Lasecki returned home after spending a year in Spain and told the AFS Club about her many experiences abroad.
