Ballweg. 64 The Middleton High School Debate squad spent a busy 1978- 1979 season averaging two week- end tournaments a month. Dur- ing the first week in Ianuary the team traveled to Appleton for an overnight tournament. While there, Mark and Hoyt captured the third place trophy. Another highlight of the season was the Badger Conference Tournament The varsity squad tied for first but were edged out of winning the conference trophy by five speaker points.
