The secretary, treasurer, attorney general, and supreme court, consisting of two seniors, two juniors, and one sophomore, are appointed by tlie presi- dent and ratified Ijy congress. Congress memljers number thirteen, elected bv classes: foiu ' from senior, four from junior, three from sophomore, and two from fresh- man. The vice-president acts as nonvoting chairman of congress.
