T' As the class of '58 leave the halls of Nl,P,l-I, , let us look back to the good old days. In 1955 our class officers were Ray Coe, President: Bob Chase, Vice-President: Iva lea Florquist, Secre- tary: Letha Cress, Treasurer: Frank Norton, Student Council: and Donna Laman, Sergeant-at-Arms. We were initiated by the senior class of '55. To make money we had a turkey raffle just before Thanksgiving. Donna Laman was Twirp Queen and La Verne Mohr was Football Queen Candidate. Instead of having our own Basketball Queen Candidate, we voted for Dottie Cress, a junior. ln 1956 our class officers were Gary Tunstead, President: Dorothy Shears, Vice-President: Donna Laman, Secretary: Letha Cress, Treasurer: Ray Coe, Sergeant-at-Arms: Bruce Florquist, Student Council. During this year we raffled off a Panda Bear, sold refreshments at the square dances and put on a play, Find the Thief, Dorothy Shears was our Football Queen Candidate. When we were juniors our officers were Dorothy Shears, President: Gary Tunstead. Vice-President: Yolanda Christiansen, Secretary: Letha Cress, Treasurer: Allen Howard, Student Council: and Donna Laman, Sergeant-at-Arms. We chose as our projects a bake sale and car washes. We presented our junior play which was lt's Great to Be Crazy. We put on the Junior-Senior Prom, which had for its theme Stairway to the Stars. the gym was decorated in blue and silver. Iva Lea Florquist was the Football Queen Candidate and Dorothy Shears was Basketball Queen Candidate. Dorothy Shears and Iva Lea Flor- quist went to Girls' State, Allen Howard, Gary Hacker, and Frank Norton went to Boys' State in the summer Our Senior class officers were Donna Laman, President: Iohn Fischer, Vice-President: Yolanda Christian- sen, Secretary: Letha Cress, Treasurer: Frank Norton. Student Council: and Dorothy Shears, Sergeant-at- Arms. We chose as our projects selling concessions and car washes. We put on a play which was Off the Track. Dorothy Shears was our Football Queen and Yolanda Christiansen was our Basketball Queen. Iva Lea Florquist was Prom Queen and Dick Cole was Prom King. We wish the best of luck to the class of 62 .
