"But it's only the beginning" is the theme of
the 1976 Chieftain. The beginning started with
the naming of the editors and their staffs. After
taking their places, Chieftain members started
laying out preliminary pages and scheduling
picture dates.
Headaches, rushing around, staying after
school doing layouts and, most of all, dedication
are a few of the things that go into producing a
yearbook.
All of this Work is not in Vain, for the 1976
yearbook is the pride of the Chieftain staff.
