Additionally, he rece' L at F Administration from the Wharton Graduate Division of the University of Pennsylvania. S ' B A While assigned to USS STICKELL QDD-8881, Commander Gaskin served as Gunnery Assistant, DASH Officer, ASW Officer and Navigator. Upon completion of Department Head School. he was assigned as Operations Officer on USS LYMAN K. SWENSON fDD-7291. In Vietnam, he served as Senior Naval Advisor to River Patrol Division SIX TWO and the Advanced Tactical Support Base at Phouc Xuyen. Subsequent sea duty assignments include: Operations Officer and Executive Officer of USS ENG LAND fCG-221. His ashore assignments include financial management billets in the Officer Distribution Division, BU PERS and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy fManpower and Reserve Affairsj. Commander Gaskin reports to MEYERKORD from duty as Operations Officer of the Battleship NEW JERSEY. Commander Gaskin's personal decorations include the Bronze Star Medal with Combat V , Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal Q2 awards! and Vietnamese Staff Service Medal. Commander Gaskin is married to the fonner Marilyn Monia Davis of Beverly Hills. California. They reside in Ocean Beach, California. IFJ? S.
