Studio H METZ HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASIUMO On the second week of school the following basketball 'sQU3d reported to Coech Heatherly and continued to report for regular Pf3Ct tice on Mondayss Wednesdaysg and Fridays, Gere Johnson, Doris Lil9Sa Marjorie Foreman, Cyneth Johnson, Edith Charles, Ruby Westerhold, Betty McNeese9 Margery Rinehart, Joyce Christy, Ruth Myers, Margaret Morriss 'Alice Mae Liles, Margie Longebaugh, L Mary Francis Rider, Margaret Harryman,lMavene Jenkins and Dean McGinnis. my i'Seven of these girls lettered last year and nine of them lettered this year. Cut of the twelve games played they were only victorious three times. lhsy defeated Schell City twiceand Sheldon once.lf l L A . They entered the annual basketball tournament held at Nevada, Missouri on February l and played their first game with Walker in which they were defeated.
