In the evening, courses are given which lead to Asso- ciate Degrees in Arts or Business Administration and Certifi- cates in Secretarial Science. This curriculum offers an excellent opportunity for the nurse to add the study of the humanities to her technical training and enables her to give comprehensive nursing care in institutions and in the home. This group of graduate nurses seem to find the theory of Ward Admin- istration more pleasant than the practice. 22
