PI- Please, sir, may I have some more. Arduous duty for LT McNeal. We are often asked, What ' s so great about the navy? Why sign up for a job where you have to go so far away, and go so often? And we often remain silent, for someone who has not gone down to the sea in ships would be hard- pressed to understand the attraction of the sea: the lure of its mysteries, the allure of the ports that line its shores, and the tremendous camaraderie of a crew that has experienced its dangers together. The pages that follow may help our friends understand a little better. Engineers find paradise in Thailand.
