glee club There is nothing like Peck of Pickled Peppers to shoo away the drowsiness of an 8 a.m. rehearsal, glee members have discovered! But in the joy of singing together -they soon forgot that breakfast they munched as they raced for an early bus. Anyone passing by the study hall, where the club practiced twice a week, usually caught herself humming along with the seventy talented choristers, whether it was a Negro spiritual, a lilting madrigal, or a lively round, in December it might have been a French lullaby in preparation for the International Christmas Concert for their mothers.
