This year's films have affected our lives in many ways, the cast of our dice skewed by Paramount Pictures and Twentieth-Century Fox. The tough-guy-with-a- bandanna look of Rambo entered the fashion scene. Desperately Seeking Susan gave us cross jewelry and tapestry pants. And movies such as Weird Science and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome produced a whole slew of popular songs. Many movie industry successes iammed local theaters. Rambo, Back to the Future, and Pee We Big Adventure appealed greatly students. Unfortunately, a multitude of bombshells produc a veritable Hall of Shame. In the eyes of Islanders, My Science Project, The Bride, and Nine Deaths of the Ninja, as well as many others, bit the proverbial dust. Nevertheless, whether totally super-wow-neat or major gag cit movies are simply games of illusion, games we all play to escape reality. In this school, upholding traditions means acting one's age fthe older one is, the younger one can actl. Although most are exclusively Senior Affairs, MI traditions affect everyone sooner or later.
