At some points, the level of play could have been considered varsity basketball at most other schools. The Men's league had a surprising ending: Yes it's hard to believe, the Nad: did not win it as expected. In fact they didn't even get to the final game. But luckily for the pride of the Nads, neither did the High Tide. In first place, beating the Effulgence, was the junior team called the Zooms. This mens' league was probably the best level of competition and play that intramural hoops has seen in a long time. The Girls' league was just as exhilarating. Some intense battles were seen out on the court, but it came down to the Bee Bops and the Artesians in the Final match up. With fierce and fiesty Mari Boin at the helm, the Artesians bopped the Bee Bop: into second place. julie Adamek, Sara Wischman, Stephanie Stowle, Beth Kelly, Nlari Boin, Natalie Curfew 2-Rf l l r 1 1l,.... 1 4'
