This year the yearbook sta has tried to ollow a theme in the pro duction o the yearbook that theme being antiquity or nostalgia We tried to accomplish this with the usage o oval pictures or the soph omore portraits a special textured white stock and a special e ect iv ory stock to achieve an aged look cobwebs in the corners o the end sheets and a cover design that ollowed the theme rom the choice o colors to the design ztsel We didn t choose this theme because o the nostalgia rage but more two years or the sophomores and deciding i they accomplished what they wanted i anything at all during their two years at Mercer Many students use MCCC and the other community colleges as step ping stones towards their educational goals and those who were able to use MCCC to do so are the ones who can look back and say Yes I did accomplish some thing Others used M CCC as a resting place or a pool hall but even they accomplished something they discovered college wasn t for them or they learned how to be the world s greatest pool shark We hope you as students and aculty engoy this yearbook or it is or you and because o you that we produce it Diane Hallman Editor in chief j , ff .
