SPECIAL EVENTS FALL SEMESTER Mr. 81 Mrs. joseph W. Chorlton donated the world famous Cybis Poreclin Collection to MCCC. It is currently on display in the lobby of the Library Building. Touls of the new West Windsor campus were conducted in the spring of '72 for faculty and staff members, and for students and the public in the summer and fall. Smartly uniformed guides escorted parties of dazed vis- itors, few of whom hid their sur- prise at Mercer's vastly im- proved facilities. 23

The summer session gave faculty and students a chance to adjust to their new habitat without the pressures of crowds who would arrive in Sep- tember. Mr. Szabo conducted his drama class in the quiet lounge in the Student Building. 24 Among the notable features of the new campus is the 518,000 carillon imported from Europe. Mr. Schied demonstrated the delightful range of musical styles, and soothing musical sounds can be heard eminating from the Media Building throughout the day.
