We, the students of Mentor High, are proud of our school, and, we are equally as proud of our principal, Mr. Hostetler. Growing first in population, and then in size, our school more and more requires full time guid- ance for its intricate system of activities. Mr. Hostetler has capably met each challenge. Al- though he is kept very busy with his many duties, Mr. Hostetler always seems to be able to find enough time for a smile or a word of encourage- ment. His integrity and guidance have gained him the respect of the class of 1959. Mr Hostetler In recent years Mr Andrews has found an ever changing role to play Moving from chemistry and physics teacher to Assistant Principal Mr Andrews has become one of the most respected persons in our school Mr Andrews symbolizes the friendly and sincere spirit surrounding our school His understanding of student problems has earned him a devoted spot in the hearts of Mentor High pupils Mr Andrews 3 Whenever we have large problems there is someone special to whom we may turn Miss Davis Her understanding and assis riers are greatly appreciated Miss Davis counsel has earned her the lifelong respect of Mentor High students Besides her advisory duties Miss Davis supervises the cheerleading squads and serves as Senior Class advisor Miss Davis .V I Q I . 1 ' . . - i ' ' Q tance in combating social and personal bar- if 1.
