V eniors r 1 FI'luR our career as seniors can surely be written the word Successful All handicaps we1'e 0VCl'C0lI1C, and all precedents fulfilled. lVith Mrs. g . . . . . , -lv George and bliss Jones as advisors and with seniors to guide lllL'lll, the l onl- ltlentor and the Scarlet and Gray staffs published their works despite financial discourageinent. The shield of the Conqueror rightly hangs over the heads of our chain- pionship football and basketball teams, both captained by seniors and coached by lllr. lllasonbrink and his able assistant, Mr. Corry. ' A great part of the success in the presentation of the operetta lay with its senior leads. By presenting a splendid oration, a '33 graduate was chosen as representative in the County Oratorical and Reading Contest.
