RT. REV. MONSIGNOR J. PLUTZ Monsignor Plutz since his assignment as rector to the Cathedral Parish in l94O has taken a keen interest in Menard's every activity. Many improvements made in the school during the past three years have been financed by Mon- signor Plutz. During this past year Monsignor Plutz delivered several learned lectures to the high school department on the Orient and on the value of good reading.
