9 Cm Sfarfed track, again this year, under the able supervision of our principal, Brother Jerome. An intermural track meet was held on St. Joseph's Day. What was especially encouraging was the fact that the Junior class ran away with top honors, and all of these youngsters will be with us next year. Aertker, Furby and Chrisafides, Sprinters ' CW f 6221205 612 V01 Riche, Glankler, Lewis and the Central Louis- iana Singles' Champ, Roy Gravel. as well as can be expected. As hithertofore Roy Gravel was the mainstay of a well-balanced squad. Lack of facilities on the campus, did however hamper our young aspirants to a certain extent. But, considering their lack of size and experience, our netmen had perhaps the best record of any team at Menard during this past scholastic year. We lost Bernard Lee via graduation, but Roy will return to the court for us again. 'am1z vA I .
