Our band was slow in rounding to form. Just when things seemed to be taking shape, our band master, W. A. Gill, Jr., transferred to another school, so the green and white musicians tailed to enter any state contest, l-lowever, better things are promised for next season.

To be eligible a student must have merited an honor rating-at least eighty-tive per cent, in all sub- jects-tor three out ot the tirst tour school terms. This is not easy, Diary.
