Clarke, I ' ice-Fieiiiie Thomas Clh iord W ' li ' Somewhat as a t raveler who has at hist reached the summit of a distant mountain and pauses to look back over the path he has taken, we too now pause to look back over the four ears that have passetl. We have worked long hoins since that da in 1956 when we first assembled. At that time the distant mountain was far away, bin as we passed each ' obstacle the way seemed a little easier. IVe thank those who liave made tliis so. Now we look again, not back over the way we ha e walked, but out, over the path we have yet to travel. . nil in the distance there is another mountain with its peak a little higher. Another mountain with its peak a little higher. Another mountain yet to climb. The path to the summit is not smooth. It is the path that all of us take in paying man ' s ' debt lo man. ' c hope, that on becomin g members of the medical profession we can all pay this debt. And as Doctors of Medicine we hope that each and every day, after our last patient has been seen, we can tell ourselves, Today, I served my profession well. SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS
