Steve like Johnson lovernor of Oklahoma Boys State 1982 attended Boys' Nation in Washington D. Hi. I'm Haruyo Makuta. I came from Tokyo. Japan. I was a student of Adachi Higashi High School. I really enjoyed being here. I liked choir, the classes, and especially, the people. Ballgarnes were one of the most exciting things — the cheerleaders and the audience. My favorite event was the Homecoming Dance. We don’t have such a dance at my school I like my school in Japan, and I like this Medford High School, too. Thank you very much for everything while I was staying here. Thank you teachers, friends, and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Lebeda — you all made it hard for me to leave here. See you again. The Medford Cardinal Yearbook staff is proud to present Pac Man as our theme. We would like to thank the Bally Midway Mfg. Company for allow- ing us to use the Pac Man theme. We would especially like to thank our many sponsors who helped us trim the cost of each book from over $20 to $10. Christine Croft designed the cover and division pages-. Mr. Larry Case did the finished art work. Our photographer and wise counselor was Mr. David Nollenberger. The Medford Cardinal Yearbook Staff hopes that you are pleased with this book. We are!
