c is rr, is Artisan anion Jiffczcfa cz f acoz A Senior knows, and knows that he knows We who are about to graduate. laying aside our books and tablets, some of us for the last time, will never forget our last year within the walls of Mechanicsburg High School. In fact, who can forget it? Teeming with activities, making our high school life the ideal one, it is engraved upon our memories forever. Our football team raised into higher realms the Maroon and Steel, of which we are so proud, by winning the Southern Pennsylvania Inter-Scholastic Conference. Following this, we covered ourselves with glory by presenting one of the most successful Senior plays ever staged in our High School Audi- torium. It was Captain Applejackn, After this memorable play came the annual operetta. This year it was Tune In . Many of our classmates took part in this production and helped to make it the success that it was. The Iuniors gave us an excellent farewell, in the form of a Prom , which brought to an end our High School activities. At last, after four long years of waiting and planning, came our own- Class Day. What sport we had riding Roller-Coasters, Merry-go-Rounds and other amusements, topped off with a huge banquet and dance in the even- ing. With these activities behind us, we participated in the Baccalaureate and Commencement services, mounted the stage and sadly received our diplomas. We were no longer Seniors, but the class of 1938.
