FIREWATER Firewater, the major organization responsible for school spirit, has played an active role in the development of student participation. Bill Lawson, president and Gail Scarr, secretary, aided by Mr. Pepple and Miss Dyck, have undertaken many activi¬ ties to boost school spirit. Membership is open to any student interested in supporting the teams and the student body. Drill Team Officers are Lori Barrett, captain; Diane Anderson, co-captain; and Mrs. Gilson, faculty advisor. DRILL TEAM The Drill Team has done much to promote school spirit this past year. Throughout the summer and school term they have undertaken car washes, candy and donut sales to finance their uniforms. They also sponsored the Fall Football Festival, one of the major school activities of the year. I 72
