GRADUATION Baccalaureate services were held on May 14, 1967. Rev. Douglas Jones delivered the address What Do I Expect Of Me? Darrel Schmidt sang You'll Never Walk Alone and triple trio sang I’ll Walk With God. Kathy Collins played the processional and recessional. Commencement exercises were held on May 18, 1967. The Salutatorian and Valedictorian gave the Commencement addresses. Mr. Charles Hummer presented the Salutatorian award to Kathy Kinkle and the Valedictorian and Regents scholarship to Larry Tegeler. Larry also received three scholarships to Nebraska Wesylan. Mr. Hummer gave small awards to those who had perfect attendance. Those Seniors receiving this award were Evelyn DeCamp and Darrel Schmidt. Superintendent Graham presented the class of 1967 and Mr. Wayne Tegeler, a member of the School Board, presented them with their diplomas. The Freshman-Sophomore girls had a vocal selection entitled Graduation Day . Rev. K. F. Wentzel gave the Invocation and Benediction. The processional and recessional were played by Diane Warnke.
