STAR OF THE EAST Student Council sponsored the annual Christmas banquet, December 15, 1961. Star of the East” was chosen for the banquet theme. Rev. Art Janz delivered an address in which he told about God's love and stressed the need for con- secrated young people. The Closed Door was the play the juniors chose to present as their class play, November 21, 1961. Barbara Classen, as Portia Grey, and Anita Stoll, as Louise Grey, played the leading roles. I
