Both James Lopez and Mike Haungs felt that it was quite an experience that they will always remember. Many of the girls who tried out had been cheerleaders in the past, so the routines and yells they presented to the students were excellent. The cheerleaders and mascots had a class to attend every day. During this time they practiced and made up new routines.
