Each fall McKendree ' s gate sees a class enter to be trained to be ot service to God and their fellowmen. Each spring this same gate sees another class being sent forth with an education to be of service in the field for which they are best suited. It was not all work. The leadership and participation in all activities will enable all young men and women to be of service to their community. The atmosphere of peacefulness and friendship within these gates will inspire them to live such lives with friends and families as they go through life.
