We humbly hope that we have been able to suc- ceed in maintaining this tradition. Many changes have taken place since that first class was graduated in 1905. The size of the graduating class has in- creased from one in 1905 to nearly 160 this year. The West Millcreek High School of 1905 was a small four-room brick building while the modern McDowell High School is one of the finest schools to be found in this section of the state. In order that the student body and the school, as well as the memories that go with them, may be better perceived, we pre- sent the 1955 Kaldron.
