Leigefshipf Scholarship CITBFSCIEF, Servlqe First Row: E. Clark, C. Anderson, Miss Zuck, K. Prindle, B. Suray. Second Row: R. Shrimper, R. Bainbridge, J. Peterson, C. Brown, C. Merchant. Leadership, scholarship, character, service, these are the basic ideals of the National Honor Society. This year, Ronald Shrimper led them as President, Kay Prindle as Vice President, Betty Suray as Secretary and Clifton Merchant as Treasurer. The Program Committee was composed of Jeannine Peterson, Carolyn Anderson, Robert Bainbridge, Charles Brown and Elizabeth Clark. They managed many of their duties themselves, but were very capably assisted by their advisor, Miss Zuck. Pledge: 'I pledge myself to uphold the high purposes of the National Honor Society to which I have been elected. l will be true tothe principles for which it stands. l will be loyal at all times to my school, and will maintain and encourage high standards of scholarship, character, leadership and service.
