The following game against Parkdale gave the team its first loss and also second place in the tournament. Senior Lacretia Cook and Junior Doris Gaiser were named to the all tournament team. Sophomore starters Jeanne Pearrow and Nakita McFadden showed to be great assets to the varsity team. Jeanne not only led the Lady Lions in total points for the season, but she also led in total rebounds.
