Mr. Charles Wilson, completing his first year as superintendent of Mau- mee Public Schools, has proved him- self to be both capable and progres- sive in handling Maumee's school system. Mr. Wilson was born in Ada, Ohio. He holds his A.B. degree from Ohio Northern University and his M.A. de- gree from Northwestern University. He has been admitted to candidacy for his Ph.D. degree at Ohio State University. He has traveled exten- sively throughout Europe and on this Continent. 'if 1 E rir W Mr. Wilson served four years in the Army Air Force Intelligence Branch during the second World War. Mr. Wilson expresses his opinion of youth in the following words: Mr. Bernard Shaw has said, 'Youth is so wonderful that it is a shame to waste it on young -people.' l agree with Mr. Shaw to the extent that it is shameful to allow ourselves to grow old. A.B., Manchester University M.A., Ohio State University Mr.- Findley holds the B.S., in Educa- tion degree from Manchester College, Indiana, and an M.A. degree from Ohio State University. Mr. Findley has been admitted to candidacy for his Ph.D. and Doctor of Education degrees at Ohio State University. Mr. Findley has taught extensively throughout indiana, Ohio, and Rhode Island. During the past World War, Mr. Findley served three years in the Sea- bees. At the same time he directed the band in the Navy. His first year at M.H.S. has been a full one.
