Q06 xff' Leon Peters Graphlc Artlst 0 0 s fi xx i'+vv vi' 464444 Leon Peters is the irreplaceable man behind the 1985 yearbook Over the past year Leon has faced the responsibility of solving the many hardships on the road to completing our book of memories But his valuable time is not only focused on yearbook activities Leon is the creator of much of the artistic work scattered on bulletin boards throughout this campus. He has been the graphic artist for North Adams, State College for almost 14 years. But his talent reaches far beyond his aesthetic ability. Leon's waml personality makes him a pl sure to work with and know. I-iis busy ollice, located on the bottom floor of the Mark Hopkins School, is home to many students interested in his work, members of the yearbook staff or those who simply want to chat. For all the time and effort you have extended to our class as a whole and to each of us individually we would like to say, Thank-You . by dedicating the 1985 yearbook to you, Leon Peters. Early season parties at the old l'house were the most memorable of the Fall Semester. ln December, the Pines held their first alumni week- end in celebration of the fratemity's fourth anniversary. With much assistance from Pi Upsilon Omega, the Pines were able to raise nearly S5000 for Cystic Fibrosis in April. Beginning on Friday, April 12 with a cross-state run to Boston and ending Saturday April 15 with the CF dance.
