To the Class of 1964: Another year has slipped away and another class has completed the four years of college. You are now ready for your life's work as teachers of the youth of our country. You hegin at a time of great need. All schools are hlled to capacity and thousands more must be built as soon as possible. Our dynamic world also demands changes in the methods and programs of educating pupils from their initial school experiences to adulthood.
