RALPH WALDO LLOYD B.A.. B.D., D.D., LL.D. DUR PRESIDENT The admiration and respect of the entire student body are freely given to our president, Dr. Ralph Waldo Lloyd. Aside from his many activities for the College, which in themselves would con- stitute a full-time job for most people, Dr. Lloyd is active in educational organizations and In church organizations both national and international. Inaugurating his twenty-first year as president of Maryville College, Dr. Lloyd made a European trip in the summer, bringing back many fascinating stories to share with both students and faculty. Not only does our president hold a high place in our esteem for his work, but also in our hearts for his wonderful sense of humor, even-tempered disposition, friendly manner, and exemplary Chris- tian character.
