HENRY Director of Student Help Well known in Christian circles throughout the nation, Dr. Ralph Waldo Lloyd has played perhaps the most important part in the successful future of Maryville College. The responsibility of the building campaign takes Dr. Lloyd away from the campus on long trips frequently, yet his is still the role of the active, vitally interested president. Graduating from Maryville College in 1915, he re- ceived his Bachelor of Divinity from McCormick Semi- nary in 1924, his Doctor of Divinity from Maryville in 1929 and the Honorary Ll.D. from Centre College in 1940.
