Science Miss Fedraw was one of our enthusiastic science teachers. She taught Biology I and II and Science 9. In addition she helped advise the Junior class. Dr. Misenar served in the capacity of Counselor and also taught Psychology and Geography. In the summer he conducted Driver's Training class. Besides these he was a sponsor of the sophomore class. The freshman class claimed him as their were instructed by Mr, Yon, He was a sopho- advisor. Coach Chapman was our freshman basketball more Clegg advisor during the Current year, coach and assistant junior varsity football coach. This year General Business, Algebra I, and Business Arithmetic were taught by Mrs. Lewan- dowski. She also was a sponsor of the junior class.

What court has the power to declare a law passed by Congress unconstitutional? These and many other questions are answered every day by Mrs. Blackney, ninth grade Social Studies teacher. Along with her regular classes, Mrs. Blackney was a freshmen advisor this year. What place would offer to teach you how to fill out an income tax form ggrgecily? Mr. Whee1er's Economics class! Not only could you learn how to fill out a tax form, but in Govern- ment you can find out how our electoral voting system for Presidential elections works. If your interests lie in other areas, you could always take Social Problems. One requirement for these classes is that you be a senior. In this case you would have Mr. Wheeler for class advisor too. Who knows more about the American Revolution, the Civil War and the Homestead Act than anyone else at M,H.S.? You guessed it! Mr. Martin special- izes in American History and being chief advisor of the junior class.
